MAG 106

Despite what his mother, his neighbors, his co-workers and even the
unwashed vagabond who lived in a box on the corner of Tulip and Main, repeatedly told him,
Fred knew in his soul that one day, whilst they were all sniggering at him,
the Zombie Apocalypse would come.

I LOVE PLAYING WITH WORDS AND WRITERS
AND ZOMBIES AND SOUP
AT THE MAG!

Clever Fred, he's even stocking up on paper towels! One must be neat and have manners, even in the face of Zombie Apocalypse! Campbell's, preferred soup of Zombie Apocalypse survivors!

He looks like he's ready to play the part, too. = )

Certainly, it is better to be safe than sorry!

That must be why he's stocking up on soup, then...

it is...my aunt and uncle are believers...they sold all their gold and keep cash...cause that is all the zombies will accept...smiles.

Should I survive the apocalypse, I will hope for more soup choices than Campbell's. A funny tongue in cheek scenario here. Thank you for sharing this random act of poetry, Mimi.

He hopes to buy redemption with cans of soup? Worth a try, I suppose.

I think the zombies have already taken over. Here’s one on auto filling his cart with soup! I liked this idea.

Shades of 1984 and Big Brother here, I think. :)

Love this.

A friend and I once debated the strategic differences needed between battling apocalyptic zombies, and apoplectic zombies. They were, of course, both vast and varied. ;)

Will zombies accept soup for a bribe? Best to be prepared!

I read that one to Crafty Green Boyfriend who nodded his head and agreed with Fred!
