A RIVER OF STONES Post #8

A River of Stones #8

I've noticed that I'm not very good at noticing things outside my small world. I go through my day, watching the Wonderland that unfolds inside my head, rarely dripping colors for anyone else to see. I'm like one of those people who is perpetually texting except my thumbs don't move.

A RIVER of STONES PROJECT Post #1

I am quite taken with the beauty and genius of A RIVER of STONES PROJECT, a universal writing project that asks that you post a simple, yet meaningful post each day of January 2011 regarding something you have noticed that day. Since I am beginning this on January 2, I will continue to February 2, Ground Hog Day, which I think is appropriate. And, since this is my collage blog, I will try (try) to also post a wee bit, piece or entire collage related to my post. Though I evoke the philosophy of wabi sabi and promise naught. ;)

I will, however, write....for if you have the passion to put quill to paper then there is nothing else you can do.

Click on A River of Stones icon to your right to bring you to the page of brilliance and light in the writing community.

Thanks for reading!

It's funny, you know, how you can sit around thinking about what you wish to
be, and then, in one simple, unobtrusive moment the Universe, because you have put forth just a small effort, rewards you by taking you exactly where you need to go.
